Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow between 16-26 days for your order to arrive. If you haven't received your product, please contact us at info@onedegreeworld.ca to review the status of your order.

Are there any additional fees?

Deliveries go through regular customs processes at the border. Customers may be required to pay any applicable duties and taxes to customs agents as required by your country's laws. 

What if I don't like my item?

At this time, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items if they arrive defective or damaged.   

What if my item is defective?

I can't find a product I'm looking for, can you help me?

We are always searching for new products and ways to protect the environment. If you have any ideas about other items that we should offer, please email us at info@onedegreeworld.ca. We love hearing from you! 

How is your shipping eco-friendly?

While we recognize that worldwide shipping isn't the most eco-friendly way to get your products, we aim to help you reduce your use of plastics and other materials over the long-term. Sometimes, we may need to include some plastic packaging to protect your items but these products aim to reduce waste (including plastics) over time.
